Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for subscription purchases under specific conditions to ensure fair usage:

Minus processing fees only

Processing Fees: Standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 for Stripe, 3.5% for Creem) will be deducted from all refunds to cover actual transaction costs.

System Resource Allocation

Credits are linked to reserved AI processing capacity and cannot be "un-allocated" once purchased.

Financial Authorization

By purchasing credits, you authorize immediate consumption of funds for AI service access rights.

Important: Credits never expire but are tied to your account. Please carefully consider your usage needs before purchasing, as all credit sales are final regardless of usage status.

We utilize two payment providers to ensure global accessibility and redundancy:

Stripe Processing

  • • Processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
  • • Refund processing: 5-7 business days

Creem Processing

  • • Alternative processor for global reach
  • • Processing fee: 3.5% per transaction
  • • Refund processing: 7-10 business days
  • • Supports international payment methods
  • • Multi-currency support available

Refund Route: All refunds are processed through the same payment method and provider used for the original purchase. We cannot transfer refunds between different payment systems or methods.

Subscription Plan Changes

If you accidentally purchased an annual subscription instead of monthly, we offer a one-time conversion accommodation:
